Revani+ Member Medical Clinic

FAQ

Straight answers.

Membership, insurance, access and what happens once you join.

The model

Is Revani concierge medicine?

Revani shares some characteristics with concierge medicine, including greater access, longer appointments and a deliberately smaller patient panel.

But our focus is broader than convenience.

The membership model gives our medical team the time and continuity required to practice more preventive, personalized and proactive medicine while continuing to bill insurance for covered medical services.

01

Membership

  • Why is membership required?

Revani Medical is intentionally designed around a limited number of members. Membership allows us to maintain smaller patient panels, longer appointments, greater access and the continuity required for more personalized, preventive care.

Membership is not simply a fee for appointments. It is what makes the Revani model possible.

  • What does the membership fee cover?

Membership provides access to the Revani Medical clinic and the benefits of the membership model, including same-day appointment access when available, direct physician messaging, extended appointments, a secure patient portal, an annual wellness lab and personal care coordination.

As a member, you also receive member rates on the clinic’s diagnostics and technologies — typically near our cost, not full retail. Some treatments require consumables, which are billed at what they cost us.

Medical services that are covered by insurance are still billed to insurance.

  • Do you still accept insurance?

    Yes.

Revani Medical is a membership clinic, but we continue to accept insurance and bill insurance for covered medical services.

Membership is how you access the clinic. Insurance continues to work in the background for covered care.

  • Will I still have copays, deductibles or coinsurance?

    Potentially.

Your normal insurance benefits still apply to services billed through your health plan. Depending on your coverage, that may include copays, deductibles or coinsurance.

The Revani membership fee is separate from your insurance coverage.

  • Can I use HSA or FSA funds for my membership?

Eligibility can depend on your individual plan and current tax rules. We recommend confirming eligibility with your HSA or FSA administrator before using those funds for membership fees.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Membership terms, including cancellation provisions, are explained during enrollment and in the membership agreement.

  • Can I add family members later?

Yes. Members can add eligible family members as their needs change, subject to membership availability.

  • Do children need their own membership?

Family membership covers up to four family members. Additional children can be added for $25 per month and additional adults for $50 per month.

Each patient maintains an individual medical record and patient profile.

02

Care & access

  • How quickly can I get an appointment?

One of the primary benefits of Revani membership is access.

Our model is designed around a deliberately limited patient panel so we can offer same-day appointments when medically appropriate and availability allows.

  • Can I message my physician directly?

    Yes.

Members have direct clinical communication through our secure patient platform, allowing questions and follow-up without requiring a new office visit every time something comes up.

  • What happens after hours?

Members will have guidance for reaching the Revani care team when an issue arises outside normal clinic hours.

Revani is not an emergency department, however. Medical emergencies should always be directed to 911 or the nearest emergency room.

  • Do you treat children?

Yes. Revani family memberships include both pediatric and adult primary care.

  • Can Revani manage my existing medications?

    Yes, when clinically appropriate.

Your Revani physician can review your current medications as part of your overall care, manage appropriate ongoing prescriptions and help identify potential interactions, duplications or opportunities to simplify treatment.

Certain medications may require additional evaluation, specialist involvement or monitoring.

  • Can Revani coordinate specialists and imaging?

    Yes.

Healthcare becomes unnecessarily difficult when every part of it operates independently.

Our team can help coordinate specialist referrals, imaging, testing and follow-up so important information makes its way back into your overall care plan.

  • Are labs performed in the clinic?

Revani offers on-site laboratory services for many routine and preventive needs, with additional testing coordinated through appropriate laboratory partners when necessary.

  • Can Revani become my primary care physician?

    Yes.

Revani Medical is designed to be your primary medical home, not an occasional wellness service.

We provide routine primary care, preventive medicine, sick visits, chronic condition management, care coordination and longer-term health planning.

03

Preventive & advanced medicine

  • What makes Revani different from traditional primary care?

Traditional primary care often begins with the problem you have today.

Revani also asks what may become a problem tomorrow.

We combine everyday primary care with preventive medicine, advanced diagnostics, genetic insights, metabolic and hormonal evaluation and other tools that can help our physicians better understand long-term risk.

The goal is not simply to treat disease.

It is to identify opportunities to protect health before disease develops.

  • What genetic testing does Revani offer?

Through our partnership with OpenDNA, Revani can incorporate advanced genetic testing and AI-powered genetic risk assessment into preventive care.

These insights may help physicians better understand inherited and polygenic risk related to cardiovascular disease, metabolic conditions, certain cancers and other areas of long-term health.

Genetic information is used as one part of the broader clinical picture, not as a diagnosis by itself.

  • Do you offer hormone optimization?

    Yes.

Revani can evaluate hormonal health when symptoms, laboratory findings or health goals make that appropriate.

Depending on the individual, care may include evaluation and treatment related to testosterone, estrogen, thyroid function and other hormonal factors.

Treatment is based on the clinical picture rather than simply targeting a laboratory number.

  • Do you offer medical weight management?

    Yes.

Weight management may include metabolic evaluation, laboratory testing, nutrition and lifestyle strategies and prescription therapy when clinically appropriate.

Our focus is not simply losing weight. It is improving the underlying health factors associated with body composition, metabolism and long-term risk.

  • Do you offer peptide therapy or regenerative medicine?

Revani evaluates emerging and advanced therapies as part of our broader wellness model.

For appropriate patients, physicians may consider peptide-based protocols, regenerative approaches, recovery therapies or other advanced options based on the patient's health, goals, available evidence and applicable medical standards.

We do not recommend therapies simply because they are new or popular.

  • Are advanced wellness therapies included with membership?

Membership provides access to the Revani Medical model, the core benefits of membership, and member rates on the clinic’s diagnostics and technologies.

Those member rates are typically near our cost. We do not charge full retail for BTL, lasers, Hydrafacials, body sculpting, genetic sequencing or other technologies already in the building.

Some treatments require consumables. Those are billed at what they cost us, and you will know before you proceed. Covered medical services are still billed to insurance.

  • Do you offer aesthetic treatments?

    Yes.

Revani offers advanced aesthetic and body wellness technologies within the same broader health environment, including EMFACE, noninvasive body sculpting, laser hair removal, advanced skin treatments and muscle-focused technologies.

These services complement the broader Revani approach to how you look, feel and perform. Members receive them at member rates, not spa-menu retail.

The Southlake clinic

  • When does Revani Medical Southlake open?

Revani Medical Southlake begins patient care with a soft opening December 1, 2026.

    Membership enrollment is open now.

  • Where is the clinic located?

Revani Medical Southlake is located at:

    100 W. Southlake Blvd., Suite #160

    Southlake, Texas 76092

  • Is membership limited?

    Yes.

Revani intentionally limits membership so our physicians and care team can preserve access, appointment availability and the level of personal attention the model was built around.

Once the clinic reaches capacity, new memberships may be placed on a waiting list.

  • Can I join before the clinic opens?

    Yes.

Memberships are currently available ahead of the December 1 soft opening.

Joining early reserves your place in the Southlake clinic before membership capacity is reached.

  • What happens after I become a member?

Once enrolled, you will receive instructions for completing your patient profile and preparing for care at Revani.

As the clinic opens, your care team will begin establishing your medical history, current health picture, medications, risk factors and longer-term health priorities.

The objective is not merely to create another patient chart.

It is to begin understanding you.
