Membership is for Revani Medical’s Southlake clinic. Purchasing a membership reserves your place. Clinical services begin with the soft opening on December 1, 2026.

Membership is not health insurance. We accept insurance and bill it for covered services. Membership fees are for access, time, and coordination as described on the membership page.

These terms will be expanded with cancellation, refund, and patient-agreement language before public launch. Until then, call (817) 380-8882 with questions before you pay.
